Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Reimbursement

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your reimbursement.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be made.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially recognised.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is accounted for.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@virginie.io and return the product to the physical address you received by email.

Return of goods

To return your product, please send an email to shop@virginie.io and return the product to the physical address you received by email.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
